YETI Gift Cards are not available for purchase at this time. YETI Gift Cards are only available as replacement options for customers who have returned their recalled Hopper M20, Hopper M30 (1.0 and 2.0), and SideKick Dry Gear Case as part of their Voluntary Product Safety Recall.

Where is my order?

You can check your domestic order status and details by using their Order Status Form or by logging in to your account. Please keep in mind that customized products will ship separately and may occur in multiple shipments.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

They process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders can’t be edited once they’ve been placed. Please note, orders can only be cancelled within the first hour they’re placed. To cancel your order while within this time window, simply navigate to order history inside you your account or visit the order status link here: https://www.yeti.com/order-track. They are unable to cancel orders after this window has passed. If you need to submit a return for an uncustomized product, please visit their self-service return portal here: https://returns.narvar.com/yeti/returns

How long does it take to process my order?

Order processing will vary depending on the products purchased. For non-customized products please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Most shipments will take an additional 1-7 business days. For customized products, including collegiate and prepared designs, processing can range from 1-2 weeks.
