You can file a claim at any time from the Tesla app. To access ‘Claims’ in the Tesla app, tap on the profile picture icon, located in the top-right corner in the Tesla app. Next, tap ‘Account’ > ‘Insurance’ > ‘Manage’ > ‘Claims.’
