Baggage Claims

This form is to make a claim for checked in baggage which has already been reported to Ryanair as damaged or misplaced at your arrival airport and a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) has been issued. This PIR Report includes a 10 character file reference which must be included when making your claim. This reference is located at the top of the report (EG. STNFR12345).
